Mehta was the Founding Vice President of Diamond Association, Bangalore in 2015-2016 and the President of the same organisation on 2018-2019. He has received numerous accolades, including Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2018 Excellence Award organised by the Gem & Jewellery Trade Council of India (GJTCI).

    Victor Yiu is responsible for the group's diamond wholesale division. Over the last 10 years, Yiu led the group 's China division to supply high quality and reliable diamond jewellery to the Chinese mainland market. In 2008, BTC group established a jewellery design company – ZURI, with the objective to assist brands to upgrade their design and product quality. Yiu is the Vice Chairman of the Diamond Federation Hong Kong and Honorary Treasurer of the Hong Kong Jewelry Manufacturers' Association.

    Former Chief Executive Officer, Platinum Guild International

    James Courage is the former Chairman of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and the former Chief Executive Officer of Platinum Guild International (PGI), where he was responsible for its global jewellery programmes including setting up the platinum jewellery development programmes in China and India. James also worked for De Beers in Hong Kong where he set up their Consumer Marketing Division’s East Asian regional office. Before that, he ran large-scale marketing programmes in the US, Canada, East Asia, South Africa and in a number of major European markets. He is now a consultant to the jewellery industry.
